We want you to be satisfied when you buy perfume online. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may return the product to us for a refund. You MUST contact Customer service first at 1-888-387-7764 for authorization. A 30% restocking fee will be charged if the bottle or product packaging has been opened. Unopened packages can be returned for a refund, but shipping charges are applied. Monies will be refunded once we confirm receipt in our warehouse.
Fast and Trackable Shipping
We process most orders within 48-72 hours Monday to Friday pacific standard time. Please see our shipping details for estimated delivery times. We ship packages via trackable methods such as UPS. You will receive tracking numbers and methods via email the day after your package leaves our warehouse, usually 2-3 Business days after you place your order, we are working hard to improve this.
Orders directed to an APO/AE address are unable to be traced. If you wish your order to be sent to an APO/AE address, lost or misdirected packages cannot be the responsibility of aromaboss.com.
