Shipping/Arrival Time
All U.S. orders are shipped via a trackable shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, Fedex).
Exception: orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes and military addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation.
aromaboss.com will supply a tracking number for every order that has been shipped. Each day, you will receive an automated email from us indicating all of your orders that have been shipped that day.
Orders are shipped, on average, within 24-48 hours from the time that the order is placed. Therefore, most of your customer's orders should be received within 4-10 business days from the time that you place your order.
Payment/Credit
1) Credit card: we accept all major credit cards. There is an area on our site whereby you can give us your credit card information to use for all of your drop ship orders.
2) Wire transfer: (for international and/or domestic customers): after we receive a wire transfer, you can begin to have us ship orders to your customers. As we ship these orders, we will draw down your balance. We will do our best to notify you when your balance is running low but it is the responsibility of our drop ship customers to replenish funds.
Returns
Customer may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 14 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.
We cannot accept items for return that have been opened or used.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
Cancel Your Order
To cancel your order, please send an email to support@aromaboss.com within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed, aromaboss.com is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
Fraudulent Orders
aromaboss.com is not responsible for fraudulent orders. It is the responsibility of our customers to verify billing information before placing the order.
Orders Not Received
Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, aromaboss.com is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. If a customer issues a complaint that they did not receive their product despite delivery confirmation, we cannot credit. We will pursue a claim with UPS on behalf of the customerthat UPS didn't deliver the product to the correct person or that they left the product in a susceptible area. If funds are returned to us from UPS, we will credit the account. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS will accept our claim.
