We offer products for sale through Aromaboss.com to United States addresses only. Ordering Aromaboss products from our online store is quick and easy. You can shop 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We offer standard shipping via the United States Postal Service and UPS Standard Ground Service. Your order can be delivered to any residence, P.O. Box, APO or FPO addresses Monday-Saturday. Orders shipped to business addresses will be delivered Monday-Friday.

Registration
Creating an account makes shopping easier. We'll store your billing and shipping addresses for speedier checkouts and you'll have easy access to change your address book and view your order history. You must be 13 years of age or older to register.

Privacy
The security and privacy of your personal information is extremely important to us. Aromaboss only communicates with you in about your placed order or any contest you have entered on our family of websites, unless you register to be notified about special deals. We do not share, trade or sell your information to anyone outside of Aromaboss or Aromaboss International Inc.,, our parent company, without your prior consent. We're committed to protecting the security and privacy of any personal information you provide to us, and we'll only use that information as we have described in our Privacy Policy.

Sales Tax
Aromaboss is legally required to collect sales tax in those states we are licensed to do business. Sales tax is calculated using the tax rate of the state where the product is being shipped.

Returns
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it by mail for any reason within 60 days of purchase. Click here to download our Returns Form as a PDF document. (Download Adobe Reader for PDF viewing here). Enclose the completed form with your returned merchandise. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your return to be processed. Once the return has been processed, please allow 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement. Shipping
We can accept and ship orders anytime, except weekends and holidays. Orders placed will be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out of our distribution center within 2-3 business days. We try to ship your order to you quickly, regardless of shipping method. Standard orders within the continental United States are shipped by the United Parcel Service (UPS) and will arrive within 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday, not including holidays). Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO or FPO addresses could take up to 14 days. These orders will be delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Express shipments will arrive within 2-5 business days from when your order ships (Monday-Friday, not including holidays and weekends) via UPS. Please allow 2-3 days for processing of your order. Express orders placed Friday after 3:00 PM CST will not be processed until the following Monday. Express shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Aromaboss currently ships only to United States and APO and FPO addresses. We do not currently ship to US territories or to international addresses.

Your Order
From the second you order to the time it arrives at your door, we like to keep you updated on the progress of your purchase. We'll send you an email confirming your order has been accepted and another when it has shipped. All you have to do is provide a valid email address when you buy. You will also receive an email notification if there are any cancellations to your order. If an item is out of stock at Aromaboss.com, you can always use the Store Locator to search your area for other retailers that carry Aromaboss products.

Tracking Your Order
When you make a purchase, you will receive a Aromaboss order number and shipment tracking number via email.

Cancellations
If an item becomes out of stock after you place your order, you will receive an email from Aromaboss detailing the item cancellation with a new order total. Currently, we do not allow customer cancellations of orders. You can return any order you get for any reason within 60 days of purchase.

For any content that you submit, you grant Aromaboss a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.

All content that you submit may be used at Aromaboss's sole discretion. Aromaboss reserves the right to change, condense or delete any content on Aromaboss's website that Aromaboss deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use. Aromaboss does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through Aromaboss to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Ratings and written comments are generally posted within two to four business days. However, Aromaboss reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason.
