In the rare event an item you purchased is out of stock, we will send you an email or contact you to give you the option to replace or remove the out of stock items.

Change/Modify Or Cancel Order:
aromaboss.com makes every effort to ship orders out as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, or change information within your existing order, please contact us as soon as possible. There is no guarantee that we will be able to change/modify or cancel your order once it has been placed. If your order status shows “Packing: Your order is being prepared at our warehouse” we will not be able to modify or cancel your order.
Before you place your order, you can review all of your order’s information including product sizes and quantities, contact information, total and billing and shipping information. Please check the information carefully before placing the order. If you would like to change/modify or cancel your order we may be able to accommodate your request provided your order has not been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment or shipped.
Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in a “Processing: Your order has been approved, and will be sent to our warehouse shortly” status. Your order status is then “Packing: Your order is being prepared at our warehouse” entering the shipping process almost immediately. The only time that you can modify or cancel your order is during “Processing: Your order has been approved, and will be sent to our warehouse shortly” status. Once your order enters the shipping process with the status of “Packing: Your order is being prepared at our warehouse” no further changes can be made.
If your order is unable to be modified or canceled and you do not wish the keep the items, you will have to refuse the delivery of the order. Once it is returned to our warehouse and confirmed, we will issue a refund to your credit card.
For your convenience, aromaboss.com will send you an email with the tracking number and carrier information as soon as your order is processed and shipped. Please allow approximately 48-72 hours for your tracking number to updated.

You will be taken to the Track Your Order page, where you will be prompted to enter your e-mail address and order confirmation number.
Type your e-mail address and order confirmation number then click TRACK.
A detailed order information page will be displayed where you can view your order’s current status. If the tracking number is available it will be located under Contents. Click TRACK beside this number to view detailed tracking information on the carrier’s website. You can review the tracking progress/history.
